Très bon accueil, professionnalisme et sérieux
Nous avons loué un 4x4 pour notre séjour à zanzibar et tout s’est parfaitement bien déroulé avec cette excellente agence Très bonne communication durant toute la location. Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service, although the service itself was adequate (i mean car was quite old and not in great overall shape, but that's ok considering the roads in Zanzibar) , what was terrible was the poor attitude of your liaison person with your clients, If your agent Amour cannot have some manners then he should be doing that job, simple as that. disappointing to say the least

Very good experience
Rented a car with Karibu Kwetu for our roadtrip round Zanzibar island. Very good contact with Hafidh. The day before rental started he contacted me per what's app to arrange local driving licence. Next day, car pick up was very quick, our Rav4 was in good condition and our tour could start. The day before drop off I contacted Hafidh to arrange car return. He asked where we would come from to arrange best possible place without disturbing our last day. When we informed him about our plan = drop the car at city center (same place as pick up) and take a taxi to the airport he immediately told us that drop off same place was not necessary, it could occur at airport and this would avoid a taxi from city center. He also offered a meeting point with a colleague who would drive us for the last part of the drive because roads were under repair and in very, very bad conditions (even worse than other roads on the island !). I must say this was a brilliant idea and I was very happy to hand over the car because the last part of the drive to the airport has really been difficult. Very friendly and attentive service
We rented a car for 11 days and had no problems whatsoever. It is highly recommended to rent a 4x4 as the roads are in very bad condition. The car we rented Toyota Rav4 had enough space for 5 occupants and up to 3 or 4 big suitcases. The car is automatic with central locking. They were in contact with us all the time by whatsapp. Another colleague waited for us at the airport exit with a sign and accompanied us to a petrol station. To return the car, the same colleague waited for us at the entrance to the airport before the car park and showed us where we should park. The airport parking costs were paid by them. Rent car and activities Prison Island /Nakupenda
Rent 2 cars for a friends trip in Zanzibar. R.a.s, excellent communication (whatsapp) with the team. We also did with them Prison Island/Nakupenda. The guide Omar was very very kind, and he tried to speak French with us it was very Nice. So don’t hesitate to ask them for your car rental and activities. Brilliant Service!!
We booked our car rental, all our transfers as well as a day trip excursion with Karibu Kwetu Zanzibar Tours & transfers. I have to say, I cannot fault them in anyway possible. My main point of contact was Hafidh, liaised with him throughout, with the bookings and during our stay and he was a pleasure to deal with, very efficient, friendly and would always check in to see if all went well. Our transfer driver Popo was also a very nice guy, very friendly and informative of the area and history etc. Would definitely recommend using them for your transfers, rentals and even excursions. Amazing service & professionalism
From first contact with Hafidh and his team we were given clear information and very competitive pricing. We ordered and transfer to Stone Town then hired a vehicle to explore the island. License's were organized, town tour with the very amazing Omar, spice tour, sunset cruise and snorkeling in the north of the island. super nice service, we rented a car and were greeted on time at the airport in Zanzibar by a nice and helpful employee, the car was ok and worked. The car was not new but functional for the road conditions in Zanzibar, the return also worked smoothly without much hassle. With other landlords, every scratch is often looked for with a magnifying glass, here it was done zack zack. It is particularly worth mentioning that a valid driver's license was included free of charge, only the papers had to be uploaded beforehand. all in all a good rental!
